Leaders have lots of responsibility and responsibility comes with duty (regular and circumstantial duty). Followers suffer under weak leaders and wives and Children

suffer under men who have no sense of responsibility. A weak father becomes ashamed when their children grow up without his guidance. Starting from the minute level of family the responsibility, and leadership is important to maintain the family. And the same goes for each level and the responsibility and duty increase as the number of people and power increases.

"A representative of a state or a region is a leader who is elected and accepted by people and hence the responsibility is putting up on their shoulders with trust and faith in them. Such a person requires lots of Knowledge and wisdom to handle, any problem including circumstantial and regular duty to bring society to the next level.

These circumstantial problems or issues are the spotlight to find out who the leaders are and what they are capable of. Everyone will find out how strong their leaders are and what they are capable of, after seeing how the leader handle it. Those who can solve the problem create their legacy and those who can't solve and give hell to their people will burn with the fire of shame.

Being a leader is not all flesh but also blood and bones. And those who think and treat it as business and a way of earning, are always the ones dragging the leg of curious and enthusiastic creative people. They give setbacks instead of bringing towards the goal of success and sufficient of people.

We have heard about politicians putting in huge pile of money in elections and utilizing the negative power of the wrong people. I would like to suggest to them that they are not moving in the right path. They should learn about business and invest in young entrepreneurs if they seriously want to earn money and gain power. They should sponsor people with leadership qualities and stay behind them. Their thirst and greed for money can make a path toward the development of society if they move In the right direction.

They could have created an empire and legacy out of their thirst and greed, instead of looting people's money. Corruption and nepotism are not an actual tool for earning money. Sadly there are many of those who become representatives of people think that way. It is a real mistake. A mistake that takes away the pace of the future.

In my opinion, those who become leaders, with this mindset are people with full of selfishness with a very low IQ. If they were intelligent enough they should think about a way to climb in the spotlight of people with respect without being hate by. They might have heard about a lot of multimillionaires and billionaires and how they built their empire. It would be better to learn some instead of working the way of lying and corrupting to steal from public money.

It is true that somesome of them become the representative without the heart of sacrifice and without the wisdom.what will they become? and what will they do? It is simple and obvious that they become the blood-sucking demons.

When the time is right they will suck out every thing including people's blood and every penny "Whenever available'. And when the time is not right and not in their favour they will flee and hide throwing out the responsibility and start planning the most vicious plan to capture their throne. They fear the Thorn but very much like to have their Throne.
